Sandra Renee Campbell Stone, 71, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Helping Hands in Goldsboro.

A native of Wayne County, Sandra was the daughter of the late Robert E. and Mary Campbell. She was a proud retiree of Cherry Hospital, where she dedicated many years of service.

Sandra is survived by her two sons, Aaron Stone and Benjamin Stone; her daughter, Joy Miller; her sister, Meredith Osterud; her brother, Robert Campbell, Jr.; and six beloved grandchildren.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff of Helping Hands Assisted Living Facility and Gentiva Hospice for their compassionate care and support.

A graveside service to honor Sandra’s life will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery with Pastor Andy Stovall officiating the service.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
