Pine level, N.C. — Hinnant Family Vineyards is set to kick off the summer season with a flavorful fusion of food, music, and wine at the highly anticipated Shrimp N’ Shag Fest 2025 on Sunday, June 1. Featuring the legendary Jim Quick & Coastline, steamed shrimp by Bricklanding Calabash Seafood, and a day full of festivities, this celebration promises to be a standout summer event in Johnston County.

Gates open at 11:30 a.m., with early entry at 11:00 a.m. for Wine Club members who pre-purchase tickets. The event blends coastal cuisine, southern hospitality, and vineyard charm for a unique summer experience.

Festival Highlights:

• Live Music All Day: Enjoy a full lineup of entertainment, headlined by the “King of Beach Music,” Jim Quick & Coastline, performing from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
• Signature Steamed Shrimp Plates: From 12:00 to 5:30 p.m., indulge in 1 lb. of steamed shrimp with a variety of fixings, expertly prepared by Bricklanding Calabash Seafood.
• Food Options for All: For non-seafood lovers, Bricklanding and Grass Son’s BBQ will offer delicious alternatives between 12:00 and 6:00 p.m.
• Custom Charcuterie: From 12:00 to 3:00 p.m., Dine in the Vines will serve custom charcuterie boards, perfect for pairing with Hinnant’s handcrafted wines.
• Drinks on Deck: Wine, beer, and a limited wine cocktail menu will be available throughout the day.

• No outside food, drinks, alcohol, coolers, or cups are allowed (Hinnant Slushie cups are permitted if empty upon arrival).
• Guests must remain in the yard area—walking in the vines is prohibited.
• Entry is required to access food trucks and live entertainment.
• All guests must enter and exit through the front door of the winery.
