A woman is facing a new felony charge stemming from a Wayne County car crash that resulted in one death.  The State Highway Patrol now says Rosario Ramos-Delgado of Clinton has been charged with Felony Death By Vehicle following the April 21^st collision on Highway 13 south of Herring Road.  38-year-old Felicia Fox was killed in the crash when Ramos-Delgado’s vehicle apparently crossed the centerline and struck the vehicle being driven by Fox.  Ramos-Delgado had already been charged with DWI, and Reckless Driving to Endanger following the accident.
