Troy Gray Lee, age 69, passed away Sunday at his residence. Born in Wayne County, he was the son of the late Joseph and Edna Thompson Lee and brother of the late Dennis Lee. A painter by trade, Troy was well known for his painting skills. He was a member of the Mount Olive First Pentecostal Holiness Church and a member of the Wayne Masonic Lodge #112 and the Wayne Shrine Club. He was a Veteran of the US Army.

Graveside services will be held Thursday at 4:00 pm at Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive with Pastor Jeff Dail officiating. The family will greet friends Thursday at the grave following the service.

Troy is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann Worrell Lee; a daughter, Deanna Nicks and husband, Danny; a stepson, John Allan Worrell; a brother, Glenn Lee; a sister, Brenda Champion; a grandson, Ryan Kraft and wife, Tori and a great grandson, Daymein Leslie Gray Kraft.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Wayne Shrine Club, 3716 US Hwy. 117 Alt., Dudley, NC 28333
