Lori Ann Barwick Quinn of the Seven Springs area, passed away early Monday morning, May 3, 2021, at the age of 56.

Lori had been employed with Wilber’s Barbecue and had managed its satellite locations.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 5, at 2 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home. Officiating will be the Rev. Barry Stallings and the Rev. Ashley Summerlin. Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery, Seven Springs. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday night, May 4, from 6 until 8 p.m. At other times, family and friends are welcome to call at the Morris and Gaynell Carmack residence.

Lori is survived by her children and their spouses, Tabatha and Ashley Davis of Pikeville, Michelle and Slick Whaley of Trenton, and Shawn and Cheryl Quinn of Seven Springs; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Randy Barwick of Seven Springs, Ricky Barwick of Goldsboro, and Dennis and Ramie Barwick of Four Oaks; a sister, Phyllis Ryan of Goldsboro; three other sisters-in-law, Brenda Ingram of Pikeville, Gaynell Carmack and husband, Morris, of Seven Springs, and Sharon Hardison and husband, Hal, of Clayton; grandchildren, Ivy Campbell, Stephen Quinn and wife, Haley, Allie Parker, Laikyn Whaley, Kynlee Whaley, Tucker Whaley, Harper Faullk, Weston Whaley, Raechel King-Gray, Swayze Greenup, and Ashley Tucker; great-grandchildren, Stella Quinn, Kannon Quinn, Davin Tucker, Emma Tucker, and Sloan Tucker; and several nieces and nephews.

Loved ones preceding her in death include her husband, Haywood Quinn; three grandsons, Brent Quinn, Jason Ross, and David Greenup; her parents, Ronald Ben Barwick and Shealvy Jean Taylor Barwick; and a brother, Ronnie Barwick.

The family extends a big note of thanks to the staff of 3-HC, Dr. Dove and staff, and Jackie Rouse and staff of Mae’s Restaurant, for the kindness and compassion extended to them.
