Teresa Diann Goff Anstey, 62, of Fremont passed away at the Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, N.C. on Saturday February 27, 2021. She was born February 2, 1958 to the late Milton J. Goff and Frances Louise Williams Goff.

No formal services will be held at this time.

She is survived by a daughter, Tabatha Sunshine Capps of Durham, N.C., and a brother Audie Alan Mitchell of Pikeville, N.C.; brother-in-law, Allister Mitchell of Pikeville, NC.
