Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Goldsboro firefighters were able to sell over $6,000 in t-shirts this year, donating those funds to Southeastern Cancer Care’s Cures for the Colors.

Goldsboro Fire Chief Joe Dixon says he’s proud of his department’s continued commitment to the cause.

Every October, the Goldsboro Fire Department sells the specially-designed pink t-shirts to the public as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
