Due to the increased threat of flooding and pooled water on roadways later in the day, Wayne County Public Schools is transitioning all students to remote instruction today, Thursday, November 12. Schools will begin dismissing students as early as 10 am and as buses are available to begin their routes. Families are welcome to go to their child’s school now if they would like to pick up their child early. All afterschool programs, athletics, and other activities are canceled.
