Evelyn Walston Ross, 88, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.

Evelyn was born in Greene County on November 20, 1931 to the late Sam and Eva Vaughn Walston. She was married to the late Luther L. Ross.

A private service for the family will be held on her family plot in the Snow Hill Cemetery.

Evelyn is survived by her sons, James Michael Ross and Bobby Wayne Ross; granddaughter, Jessica Ross; and brother, Charles Walston.
