WCPS has confirmed that Edgewood Community Developmental School families and staff were notified Friday morning that longtime staff member and instructional assistant, Ms. Wanda Picket, passed away yesterday evening.  On Friday, a team of school counselors, school psychologists and school social workers were available for anyone at the school who needed someone to talk with concerning her passing.  WCPS has no further information to share at this time.
