Early voting for the Presidential Election starts October 15th in Wayne County. The early voting plan was unanimously approved by the Wayne County Board of Elections this week. Five sites in the county will offer matching hours for One Stop Early Voting from October 15th – 31st. Those sites are:
- The Maxwell Center, 3114 Wayne Memorial Drive in Goldsboro
- Wayne County Public Library, 1001 E. Ash Street in Goldsboro
- Bear Creek Missionary Baptist Association, 1800 S. Slocumb Street in Goldsboro
- Mount Olive Train Depot, 110 W. Main Street in Mount Olive
- Pikeville Harmony Lodge #340, 108 SW Railroad Street in Pikeville
Due to COVID-19 restrictions at polling locations, it is suggested voters utilize Early Voting and absentee by mail voting before the November 3rd Election.
