A State of Emergency has been declared in Wayne County due to Tropical Storm Isaias.  Wayne County Board of Commissioners Chair Ray Mayo signed the State of Emergency proclamation Monday afternoon.  It covers all areas within the jurisdiction of Wayne County.  There are no restrictions due to the declaration at this time.
