Violet Rose Price Dickerson, age 74, of the Indian Springs area of Seven Springs, went to be with Jesus Monday morning, May 25, 2020.

Services will be Sunday, May 31, at 2 p.m. by the graveside in Pineview Cemetery. Pastor Ralph Parker and Mr.Leroy Blizzard will be presiding. Flowers are welcome, or memorial gifts may be made to Wayne’s Chapel Church of God of Prophecy, attn: Mrs. Mary Parker, 3556 Emmaus Church Road, Mount Olive, NC 28365.

Mrs. Dickerson was a member of Wayne’s Chapel Church of God of Prophecy where she used her God-given talents of playing the piano and singing the hymns of praise.

Mrs. Dickerson is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Keith Reardon of Clayton; a son and daughter-in-law, Neil T. and Wendy Dickerson of Seven Springs; a sister, Minnie Ruth Gann of the home; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Cletus B. and Annette Price of Durham, and Eugene and Sheila Price of Seven Springs; other sisters-in-law, Alma Ray Price of Seven Springs, and Ann Price of Williamsburg, Va.; a special friend of the family, Nancy Stump, of the home; beloved grandchildren, Caleb Dickerson, Grace Dickerson, Bradley Gaukler and wife, Nikki, Wes Reardon and significant other, Kristin Love, and Brian Reardon and significant other, Stephanie Norris, and their son, Colton Reardon; and several nieces and nephews.

Loved ones awaiting her arrival in heaven were her parents, Clarence H. and Annie Davenport Price; brothers, Wilbur Price and Clarence Harvey Price; and sisters, Hazel P. Hines, Louise P. Shamel, and Edna Earle “Polly” Price.

A memorial register will be available at the funeral home for signing during the business day Friday and on Saturday until noon.
