Due to rain forecasted this week, Mount Olive has decided to postpone this week’s parade for graduating seniors.   The North Duplin, Spring Creek, Wayne Early Middle, Wayne Country Day, Wayne Christian & Faith Christian Senior Parade is now scheduled for Tuesday, May 26. Line up will be from 5-5:45 p.m. at Carver Elementary School (400 Old Seven Springs Road, Mount Olive) and the parade will commence at 5:45 p.m. The parade route will remain the same (Old Seven Springs Road, Church Street, College Street, both sides of Center Street and disperse on James Street).
